Each year our Newcomer members have the opportunity to
attend several festive soirées. One or more of the
following events may appear on the Club schedule each year for the
enjoyment of everyone who wishes to participate.
President's Reception in September introduces the new LJNC Board to the membership of the Club.
Holiday
Gala is a
splendid formal occasion where fantastic gowns and tuxedos
enhance good food and wonderful dancing. An elegant
evening!
Academy
Awards Party is
everyone's chance to dress like their favorite movie star,
cast a ballot for Award-winning movies, and watch the
evening's events unfold on a giant TV
screen.
Spring
Fling is a
delightful "Cocktails by the Sea" - a twilight event
watching the beautiful La Jolla sunset and socializing with
other Club members after an active
day.
